Connie Ann Pendleton has over 30 years of experience helping people buy and sell businesses. She began selling businesses in her hometown of Key West, Florida. Connie has partially owned various businesses, and has been on both sides of the transactions. She understands the concerns, challenges and emotions that are common with buying and selling a business.
Connie and her family moved to Ocala in 2003 from Denver, Colorado where she was a sales trainer and co-owner of an advertising agency that successfully sold. Connie has won numerous awards for top sales and listings. Since 2011, she has annually been part of the Million Dollar Recognition status of Florida business brokers. In recent years, she won the Top Sales agent for North Florida.
Connie Ann Pendleton is a state officer for Business Brokers of Florida, an ambassador for the CEP, and a member of Ocala Business Leaders, a participant of SBA, a volunteer of The United Way and serves on the advisory board for MTI. Connie has a heart for the Lord, is a long standing member of Ocala Christian Church and very devoted to her family.
